Privacy Policy

In short: SURGE stores everything on your device. We do not collect, receive, sell, or share any of your data. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, and no tracking.

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile app "SURGE: Level Up Habits" (the "App", bundle ID / package ai.mimos.surge), published by MIMOS AI ("we", "us"), handles information. It applies to the App on iOS and Android.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App has no account or sign-in, does not connect to a server operated by us, and does not transmit your data to us or to anyone else.

Data stored on your device

To work, the App saves the following only in local storage on your device:

Your daily quests (habits) and their completion history
XP, level, and character evolution progress
Collectible cards and decorations you have unlocked
Your in-app settings, such as your reminder preference

This data never leaves your device through the App. It may be included in your device's own backups (for example iCloud or Google device backup) if you have enabled them; those backups are governed by Apple's or Google's privacy terms, not ours.

Notifications

If you turn them on, the App can send an optional daily quest reminder. These are local notifications scheduled on your device. No push notification service or server is involved, and no data is sent anywhere. You can turn reminders off in the App or in your device's system settings at any time.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

The App contains no analytics SDKs, no advertising, and no third-party tracking. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not use any advertising identifier.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties, because we never receive it.

In-app purchases

This version of the App has no in-app purchases.

Data retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. You can erase all of it at any time by either:

Using Reset in the App's Settings, which permanently erases all progress and data; or
Deleting the App from your device, which removes all of its locally stored data.

Because we hold no copy of your data, we cannot recover it after it is erased, and there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Since the App collects no personal information at all, no data from children is collected or shared.

Security

Your data is protected by your device's own security features, such as your passcode and device encryption.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, for example because a future version adds a new feature, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
